Grilling Out–Charcoal or Gas? Here’s One Man’s Opinion

It’s the Fourth of July and the majority of Americans with offer up some sacrificial meat on their grills this day. The question is: Gas or Charcoal?

Here is an article from Wired.com where the writer stakes his ground for gas with an impassioned plea. Sounds like there will be a rebuttal in the future.

I’ve gone with gas for many years and have never looked back. In fact, I have plans this afternoon to use my grill for another burnt offering for the evening meal. It will be good. I pray yours will be also.
