St. Michael and All Angels

September 29 is the day the church celebrates St. Michael and All Angels. This year that date falls on a Sunday so we remember them in our service today.

Pastor Paul McCain from Concordia Publishing House in his blog, Cyberbrethren, has a fitting post explaining the Lutheran perspective on angels. You can read it here.

There are so many misconceptions flying around about angels that I believe it is helpful to read Pastor McCain’s post for clarification about them. I pray you find it informative.
