For some reason, women are never satisfied with the traditional, “tried and true” recipes for Thanksgiving. They always want to meddle with perfection and add something else to get in the way of the turkey, dressing, and all the other wonderful parts of that special meal. I’ll never figure out way they do that.
But I want to be fair to those who like to experiment and doing something different every year. So here is a recipe for dressing using White Castle Sliders as a main ingredient.
For those of you who don’t know what I am talking about, a White Castle Slider is a small hamburger cooked with a lot of onions and is not fried or grilled. Rather, it is steamed. You either love them or hate them–there is no in between.
If anyone tries this, please let me know. I know I won’t get it at my table!
