Standing (or Waiting) in Those Long Lines

The month of December highlights an activity that most people dread: waiting in line. Whether it be for shopping (in person or on the phone or online), driving in traffic, waiting for your table at the restaurant or whatever, the tension that develops when we wait in line is very real. Here is an article from the Washington Post that helps to explain what takes place as we wait in line and what is being attempted to deal with it.
