It’s Opening Day!

I know the baseball season has been going on for a week and my Cardinals have shown stretches where they play like 9th graders, but that’s all forgotten as today is Opening Day in St. Louis.

Don’t know what this year holds out for the Cardinals, don’t know if they will get past the Cubs and Pirates, don’t know much except baseball is a great way to spend some time enjoying life.

May you also enjoy this new season and to help you do so, here is a little music that is played at every Cardinals game (at the end of the 7th inning) and also on Opening Day. The music starts and the Clydesdales come majestically on the field (well, actually the warning track–I don’t think horses’ hooves would be of much help to the grass) followed by the convertibles carrying the Cardinals’ players.

Here’s the music. So close your eyes and imagine your in Busch Stadium. Let it soak in–the greatest feeling in the world!
